A Little Bit Of A Bar History
Founders, Jon and Kelly Harrington, originally grew up in Upstate New York and Wisconsin respectively. They now reside in North Scottsdale with two wonderful daughters; Samantha and Corynn.
Jon has had a successful career in the Internet marketing space for the last 10 years. As a serial entrepreneur he is excited to bring his energy and creativity to Torch.
Kelly has over 20 years in technology sales within the enterprise space. Kelly provides the opportunity to allow Jon to set out on a wonderful adventure.
Since 2024 Torch Cigar Bar is in new hands of David and Ash, who are working hard to continue to grow its historic legacy.

Walked in late Thursday night with friend looking for a place where we can drink and smoke. Found hidden gem. Cozy place with good variety of cigars, quality drinks and moderate prices. Hang there till closing. Was not crowded and no loud music. Right place to chill.

How about this place for a great cocktail, a great cigar and a good group of people who enjoy them with! the staff and selection are excellent
Perfect lounge where you can relax and have a nice stick and cocktail. Excellent service which is rare at other places. One of the only few places you can buy atabey and byron 👌🏽
For starters I've never seen a restroom this nice in a cigar lounge. Thought I was in a 5 star hotel. The entire place was clean and well maintained. The bartender was excellent. Nice outdoor area. Great selection of cigars. I really enjoyed visiting this lounge.
A little pricey and service was average at best.
The drinks are way overpriced. The cigar selection didn't seem as robust as before. This was our 2nd time visiting in under 4 years. I prefer Fox where the drinks are reasonable and the cigar selection is bigger.
This place is an awesome hang — rolled in, talked to John who worked there, got a Padron, a glass of Angel’s Envy and sat outside by the fire table. John told me the bar was roughly modeled after Rocky Patel’s bar Burn in Naples FL, which I used to frequent when I lived there. Burn is great and so is The Torch. The vibe is laid back but in an upscale, decorated, eclectic way. I’d retire to this place if I could ...and I mean this cigar bar not Phoenix.
Torch is a nice cigar bar nestled in the back of High Street. They have a very nice alcohol selection and it appears that they are constantly improving their humidor. I would like to see a little more organization (I saw the same brand spread out on 3 different walls), but I believe all of this will occur in due time. All in all, I thought it was a very nice place and I will definitely be going back soon!
Came here for a couple of nights while staying at the Marriott resort across the street. Its easy walking distance from the resort and near a lot of other bars and restaurants. LOVED this place. great selection of sticks, friendly and helpful staff, and cool atmosphere. This place isn't overly fancy, more of a sports bar vibe with great music whenever we went in there. Nice outdoor space with fire pit and plenty of TVs for games. Full bar and great draft/canned beer selection. highly recommend.
The atmosphere and setup is so cool. I love the patio, surprised a lounge this size had such a big patio, love it. Love the opening doors you can sit outside and at the bar! Cigar selection are okay, imo, if you are really into cigars you'll have no issue. Whiskey bourbon selection is nice too! Again some good options if you are into them. I was happy. This is definitely a place I recommended to friends going to phx. I'll be back
Great bar and even more fun if you are bills fan or watching a game. Everyone was sooooo friendly and just good people.
Sean & Mikey were classic #1 hosts to a newby to the area - this place is high end and worth spending over an hour or so getting to know your friends and watching the game - the well drinks are top notch.
This place is amazing. Perfect cigar bar. Excellent cocktails, nice selection of cigars from boutique brands. The outside seating area is particularly great, and there is ample bar seating as well as leather chairs.
Awesome little place perfectly placed on High Street. Loved the patio. Good selection of beers, humidor selection is minimal but no big deal. Service is good as well.
